These incredible and inspiring sculptures move like creatures across the wind! Dutch Kinetic sculptor, Theo Jansen, creates these massive sculptures that look like insects creeping along the beach-all through the power of the wind.

There are so many different ways that a project like this could be included for a student project: in art, examining kinetic sculture; in kinesiology or biology, examining mechanics and motion of skeletal systems, and in physics--looking at wind as a force to create motion/movement.
